LOL I have rape, homosexuality (and I'm not afraid to draw teh ghey sexxin's), religious rape (I take jabs at every mainstream religion even though this is an alternate Earth and they have their OWN religion that's a mish-mash of all ours), genetic experimentation, I bring back the death penalty for stupid crimes (and being gay also can get you killed or brainwashed), lots of blood, violence, pedophilia, mind control, etc, etc, etc...

I fuck with people's general perception of things that they feel are either evil or wholesome.

Mine is about 2 cousins and their associates in a (fictional) Southern Ontario city called Birkwood basically doing whatever the fuck they want, but everything just goes to hell. Its just sort of an anti-establishment sorta thang, fuck everything, take control of your own destiny and do it YOUR way. Its called "Welcome to Birkwood". It opens up with a guy getting run over and Mike and Tom (main chars) trying to disappear the body. Then you get introduced to their associate from the local coffee shop Bonham (named after the Led Zeppelin drummer) who's like a 1990's reject and his sister Stevie (named after Stevie Nicks, yet she has a pathological hatred of Fleetwood Mac) Someone tries to kill them, havoc and lulz ensue, abortion jokes abound. Was originally called "The Ongoing Adventures of Mike and Tom" (or just Mike and Tom) originally, but I've since changed it when I wanted Bonham (who was the "fan fave") and Stevie to be bigger parts/ensemble cast.

That was long. I should REALLY try to get some sleep now xD

Cause I gotta figgur out this whole work/cancelled shifts thing first. My plan WAS to get it going on a "when its done" basis starting january after spending some time in december working on it, but I gotta figure out what the fawk is going on at work first, get that in order. Y'know, cause I just spent my vacation getting MY stuff in order so that I'd be ready for anything and to move ahead and then, well, this was a bad thing xD

I haet my life xD

But yah, my friends used to joke that I couldn't go a page without the work "fuck" showing up at least once. And Tom, well, he's just an awful, awful character, the worst aspects of people rolled up into one. And he's awesome for it, in all his offensiveness. :-P And its lots of music references and pop-culture refs. ANd I'v ehad mike and Tom since, oh, I think 1991? they've grown (cynical) with me over the years xD

lol the only reason i stick where i am is because its flexible and comfortable, despite my hatred of it. But now, thats into question. And its flexibility is whats allowed me to fuck around with artwork minus the pay, lol. Spent 2 years home-training myself and this place's stability allowed that, but now, im just a little worried specifically cause I JUST got my PLANS sorted out during my holiday, sorting out starting up that webcomic (and a possible TF one too!) and wanting to get some form of the daily sketches back up and running and get my Mosaic queue FINALLY done etc etc. I know I the daily sketches are gone for now until I know what the hell is going on at work, lol Like when I go to bed shortly im worried ill be woken up yet again by a dreaded "cancelled shift" phone call.. But hopefully this will straighten out as we get into December.

I stay where i am because there's almost absolutely nothing else, and there is ESPECIALLY nothing else that will pay me $11 an hour to sit on my ass all night.

But the idiots that call in and the beaurocrats that run this hellhole....ugh...

And yeah...I'm a master of emotional malfunctions and overall incredible fucked-up-y-ness...
